Question; What if I have not done a budget before where do I start ?
Answer; That is ok, simply think of what you have spent money for each item in the category list and enter the number in each item we construct the actual Budget for you, we then post your budget report to you with your numbers and a covering letter commenting on your numbers.
Question; What if the financial year has already started ?
Answer; You can start your Dairy Business Online anytime of the year. We build a budget for the full year following this we do the Year To Date Budget to see how the budget is tracking. Simply do two submissions, enter Budget data click submit then go back and enter your year to date data and click submit.
Question; What sort of information would I expect to see from the report ?
Answer; You can view a sample Budget on the Sample report page.
Question; If I have a problem loading the data or I am simply unsure of something what do I do ?
Answer; You can email info@dairybusiness.com.au with your query and one of our staff members will email you back or call you a time that suits you.
Question; What if I believe my report is not correct what do I do ?
Answer; Client satisfaction is guaranteed at Dairy Business, if there is something wrong with your report you are encouraged to email our Chief Dairy Business Mentor Paul Ebbels directly paul@dairybusiness.com.au who will resolve the issue with you.
Question; If I require additional hard copies of my latest report to take to a meeting etc. How do I request additional copies ? How many copies can I get per month ?
Answer; That’s ok email us at info@dairybusiness.com.au and request the report that you require, you can request up to three additional copies of a report for a given month at no further cost. The cost for each report after three is $15 per copy.
Question; As a client of Dairy Business are my reports kept on file if I need a copy of a report from previous year etc.. ?
Answer; Yes your reports are kept on our secure computer server.
Question; What sort of information do I get in the covering letter ?
Answer; The covering letter makes general comments around your numbers good and not so good if required and will make you aware of your current budget trends and potential suggestions on what can be done on farm.
Question; Do I get a full report each time or just a Year To Date report ?
