About the Founder
Paul Ebbels founded Dairy Business back in 2006, and now acts as its Chief Dairy Business Mentor. Since Dairy Business started, we have been providing dairy business services to clients all over Victoria. After a number of years working with our clients on site, we are now excited about taking our services online for every dairy farm in Australia to access.
Paul’s agriculture career began in 1993. He began as an assistant manager on a 500 cow dairy farm on the outskirts of Terang in Western Victoria, where he cut his teeth on what was, back then, a large scale dairy farm. While working on that farm he commenced an Advanced Diploma in Farm Management via external study at Melbourne University’s Glenormiston campus.
By the year 1997 Paul had completed his studies and transferred into a more agribusiness role, managing a stockfeed facility in Southern Victoria. In his time at that company it won the Best Manufacturer award in 1999 and 2000, along with the South West Best Business award. Paul stayed in the agribusiness section of agriculture for a number years before starting the Dairy Business in 2006.
As Paul tells all his clients ‘success is a journey, not a destination’ and believes that everyone here at Dairy Business can assist you on your journey.
